Services Set for Dr. Carlton Horbelt

Carlton Horbelt, D.D.S., died suddenly on Tuesday, Nov. 10. He was a member of the Class of 1981 and a former collaborator with the school through the General Practice Residency and Graduate Pediatric Dentistry Programs during his tenure as director of the Richmond State School.  He was living in Memphis, Tenn. at the time of his death, and will be sorely missed by all who knew him, especially from his leadership role with Special Care in Dentistry. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Memphis Funeral Home, (901-725-0100),  3700 N. Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN, 38133. Visitation is at 5 p.m. Saturday Nov. 21, with a memorial service following at 6 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home Germantown Parkway Chapel.  More information is available from his obituary in the Houston Chronicle.
